I started my fitness journey in 2017, within a few weeks it became an addiction and spent years learning about nutrition.
As I was fat in my early year I knew the only way out of "obesity" was understanding how food actually works.

OMAD diet or even endless hours of abs workout!

After slowly developing the right skills and knowledge
I able to achieve my dream body, sharing my
knowledge with others on tiktok helped me to build
an audience of 60k!
